How to Ease Joints with Castor Oil

(And a special deal!)
Preparation:
Cleanse the skin around the affected joint to ensure it's free from dirt or other oils.

Application:
1) Pour a small amount of castor oil onto the clean cloth or gauze.
2) Gently massage the oil onto the affected joint area in a circular motion.

Covering the Area:
Place the cloth or gauze soaked in castor oil directly over the joint.
Cover the cloth with plastic wrap to keep it in place and prevent staining clothes or furniture.
Leave the pack on for about 30-60 minutes to allow the oil to penetrate the skin.

Applying Heat (Optional):
Place a hot water bottle or heating pad over the plastic wrap for added warmth, if desired.

Post-Application:
After the treatment, remove the pack and gently massage any remaining oil into the skin. Cleanse the area with mild soap and water to remove excess oil if needed.

Advice From Our Customers

Sophie - "Blend it with other natural remedies"

I immediately noticed a difference in my knee pain after using castor oil. This encouraged me to dig deeper into natural remedies for the pain I'd be dealing with for years. Since then I began taking some oral supplements (turmeric) but nothing has had an impact similar to castor oil like magnesium oil. I learned it's crucial for muscle relaxation and inflammation (one of the most common reasons for joint pain). I spray it on my knee everyday, and once it's dry, follow it up with my castor oil. Can't live without them."

Carlos - "Be patient"

My biggest tip for beginners is to be consistent. Initially, I applied the castor oil pack to my knee for about 30 minutes every other day. It's important to use warm (not hot) castor oil to increase its effectiveness. I noticed a reduction in pain almost immediately, but for some others I know it took from a few days, up to a week or so. I'd also recommend to wrap the area with a plastic wrap and place a warm towel or heating pad over it to boost the oil's penetration.

Jacob - "Don't forget to move"

"As someone who practices yoga, I found integrating castor oil treatments for my ankle joint pain to be incredibly beneficial. After applying the oil, I would gently move the joint through its range of motion before securing the pack. This combination of movement followed by rest with the castor oil pack seemed to enhance the relief I felt. My advice is to gently massage the area with some warm castor oil before applying the pack, as it seems to prepare the joint for the treatment."

Linda - "I use gloves"

"Dealing with arthritis in my hands has been challenging, but castor oil has been a game changer. I apply the oil generously over my hands, then slip them into cotton gloves to keep the oil in contact with my skin overnight. The warmth from the gloves helps the oil penetrate more deeply. This method has noticeably reduced my stiffness and pain in the mornings. For anyone trying this, I recommend using lightweight, breathable gloves."
