Preparation:
Ensure your hands and the navel area are clean and dry.

Application:
1) Lie down in a comfortable position.
2) Pour a small amount onto your fingertip.
3) Gently massage the oil onto the navel in a circular motion. Use a light touch, ensuring the oil doesn't spill over the sides of the navel. Pour more oil on to your fingertips as needed.

Massage Technique:
Apply the oil clockwise and counterclockwise around the navel, massaging for 2-3 minutes. Be gentle to avoid discomfort.

Resting Position:
Lie down for about 10-15 minutes to allow the oil to be absorbed. Afterwards, wipe off any excess oil around the belly button with a tissue or cloth.
